Refund and Return Policy
We want all of our customers to be completely happy with their MegsMenopause Ltd experience. However, we understand that from time to time you may have a reason for returning a product to us. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us immediately; we offer a 7 day (from date of receipt of item(s)) returns policy and we will do everything we can to help.
Should you wish to return your products to us, we are more than happy to give you an exchange or a refund, and we have created this guide to help you through the process.
The policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer (such as rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 or the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013).
In order to take advantage of your right to return the order, please contact us to confirm the reason for the return. You can then then send the product back to us, within 7 days from date of receipt. Please include a note containing your details with the package, so we know who it is from.
Important: Please send your returned by Royal Mail Signed For delivery to HotHouse Partnerships Ltd, Atlas Mill, Atlas Mill Road, Brighouse, HD6 1ES.
Unfortunately, MegsMenopause can not be responsible for the postage costs associated with return.
We will happily give you a refund for the price you paid to us, however we can’t refund to you the original delivery charges relating to the order.
IMPORTANT: We can only refund your money using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and no later than 30 days following the day we receive your returned product.
